1.Start QuickBooks: Log in to your QuickBooks Desktop company file.
2. Obtain the Bill: Select «Create Invoices» from the «Customers» menu, or locate and delete the existing invoice in the «Invoices» or «Sales» area.
3.Select the Invoice: To access the invoice to be removed, click on it.
4.Delete the invoice: To delete the invoice, go to the «Edit» menu at the top of the window and click «Delete Invoice.»
5.Confirm Deletion: QuickBooks will ask you to confirm the deletion. Examine the data and, if you're satisfied you want to delete the invoice, click «OK» or «Yes.»
